How do I scan an invoice?

Open the Scan tab, tap Start Scanning, and photograph the invoice. One invoice = one scan.

My invoice has multiple pages, what do I do?

Press the shutter once for each page, then tap Save once at the end. All pages are submitted together as one invoice.

I have another invoice to scan

Send the current invoice first, then start a new scan. Pages sent separately become separate invoices, and each deducts its own credit.

What do the invoice statuses mean?

• Processing — the invoice has been received and our AI is reading it.
• Done — the invoice was read successfully and the data is in your account.
• In review — the invoice is being checked before the data is finalized.
• Failed — the invoice could not be processed. Try re-scanning with better lighting and the full page in frame; if it still fails, contact us.

How do I find a past invoice?

Use the search bar at the top of the Scan tab to search by supplier name or invoice number, or use the status filters (All / Processing / Done / Failed / In review).

How do I sign in?

Sign in with the email address and password of your InvSpot account. If your restaurant is new to InvSpot, tap Register in the app, or contact us to set up your organization.

I forgot my password

Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions to reset it.
