InvSpot may offer free trials or demo access at its discretion. Free trials are subject to any additional terms specified at the time of sign-up. At the end of a free trial, your account may be converted to a paid subscription or your access may be restricted, depending on the applicable offer terms.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant InvSpot a limited, non-exclusive licence to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not access, use, or disclose Your Data except as necessary to deliver the Service, comply with the law, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Your Data and the means by which you acquired it.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, technology, designs, and other intellectual property associated with the Service are and remain the exclusive property of InvSpot or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in such intellectual property, except for the limited right to use the Service as permitted under these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without prior written consent from InvSpot.
InvSpot strives to maintain high availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
Support is available in accordance with your subscription plan. Enterprise customers may be entitled to dedicated support and service level agreements (SLAs) as specified in their contract.

InvSpot may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in activities that threaten the security or integrity of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvSpot disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
InvSpot does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components. Any reliance on the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InvSpot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) Your Data or content you upload to the Service.
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information received from the other party in connection with the Service. This obligation does not apply to information that: (a) is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party; (b) was already known to the receiving party; (c) is independently developed; or (d) is required to be disclosed by law.
InvSpot reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong SAR"), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR. Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable subscription agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and InvSpot regarding the use of the Service. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.
